Journey to Hormonal Health!

Struggling to manage symptoms related to hormonal imbalances, I found yoga had the greatest benefit on managing my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). My yoga practice first only consisted of intense hot yoga, which I love but found that while it energized me some days it drained me on others. As I dove deeper into my yogic discovery I soon found love of vinyasa, yin, nidra and restorative yoga. Incorporating all these styles I began practicing yoga that supported the hormonal changes of each of the four phases of my monthly cycle. Now I’m empowering others to do the same!
